This gym provides you with specialized training and Avery is encouraging and really wants to see you reach your fitness goals. He is always there to support you and also makes sure that you are doing the proper exercises and using proper form to avoid any injury.

I've been going to the Lions Den for a year now. I love Boxing! The best cardio for me!I wasn't to much of a gym person before. I didn't like trying to figure out what to do on my own. Avery takes that out of the equation for me. Workouts are set up and ready to go. And they are different each time, for the most part. I mean certain ones are needed all the time. I highly reccomend The Den. GO PRIDE!!

Had never gone to any type of training facility and I am so glad that this is the one I chose to start with! Avery is an experienced trainer and his teachings show it! It’s so great to be taught based on your abilities and pushed to do so much better but in such a positive and encouraging way. There are several clases throughout the week and they change style from week to week so you’re never bored. Great trainers, great people and great atmosphere!
