James & Taylor were amazing! 5 stars is truly an understatement - they were responsive and honest! Prior to the visit we were reminded with a call 2x and this was very helpful to allow us to prep. On the day of they were able to explain their process and dry time and we were very happy with the outcome of a clean carpet and clean home. They offered additional services on the spot so we took advantage of the dryer duct cleaning for a reasonable price - our closes dry better now! Great job guys see you back here soon!
They were friendly, the cleaning only took an hour. There was a marked improvement. Sadly the carpet is old and needs to be replaced but it looks better than when my Mom moved in back in 2014.
