ServPro was very quick to respond and send someone out to our property when we had a leak. Adrian was extremely helpful, quick to respond to questions/concerns, and sent photos to our insurance adjuster right away. Rico and Albert were also extremely helpful while onsite with getting rid of excess trash left. We were dealing with insurance, so it was a bit difficult getting information sent to us instead of the insurance company throughout the process. Did feel in the dark from that perspective, of not knowing fees that were being charged while work was being done.
