German and team communicated well about a water heater control valve, provided info on what was wrong, gave a quote, and fixed the issue the same day. Anthony and Devone replaced a garbage disposal motor, arrived when they said they would, and did a great job, providing a better motor. The team is highly recommended.
Fast response time / same day and my technician was very professional and respectful of my property. He identified the problem pretty quickly and got right to work resolving it. Considering it was an emergency dispatch, and on a weekend, I understand the high price but $500 to clear my kitchen sink and pipes of celery with a snake was slightly high in my opinion, and they do not provide a warranty on their service so I hope no damage was done to the pipes while snaking them because I will have to pay for that! Gustavo was amazing, he addressed all my concerns and issues i had with my sink being clogged. Very knowledgeable and very professional he even went out of his way to answer my questions to the best of his abilities and went above and beyond what he was called out for thank you very much.
