Gustavo did a wonderful job fixing a leak outside a house, was insightful and willing to explain the situation and possible cause. He addressed all concerns about a clogged sink, was very knowledgeable and professional, and went above and beyond. German and team communicated well about a water heater control valve, provided info on what was wrong, gave a quote, and fixed the issue the same day. Anthony and Devone replaced a garbage disposal motor, arrived when they said they would, and did a great job, providing a better motor. The team is highly recommended.
German was amazing! We just had a new sprinkler system put in and one of the pipes burst. German not only cleaned up the mess but very efficiently & professionally made the repair; explained what the problem was and how a faulty installation caused the problem. Very polite and professional young man.

Admittedly I was a little panicky when I thought I had an emergency comma but not only were the dispatchers, extremely patient and helpful, Gustavo also helped me over the phone with a relatively quick fix that averted a large amount of the issue before coming out.
Start to finish, everyone was very professional, and the process was very smooth. If anything in the future goes wrong with my plumbing, i'll definitely be giving Gus, and the dispatchers, another call.
Fast response time / same day and my technician was very professional and respectful of my property. He identified the problem pretty quickly and got right to work resolving it. Considering it was an emergency dispatch, and on a weekend, I understand the high price but $500 to clear my kitchen sink and pipes of celery with a snake was slightly high in my opinion, and they do not provide a warranty on their service so I hope no damage was done to the pipes while snaking them because I will have to pay for that!
