Worst customer service ever. The optical counter staff are the most UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF I have ever encountered. Will not acknowledge any customers. The new queuing system is a JOKE. Do not waste your time on this place. Its service is cheaper for a reason. Not worth the aggravation. There are better options than this place, as I found out.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is my third time going to the optical department inside Costco(only because I usually can get a pair for $180ish) but I definitely won't go back
I've had issues with the prescription being off before but this time the workers were so rude, no apology, no accountability.

My prescription is
RT -1.00 -1.00 105
LT -1.00 -0.75 087

I kept seeing blurry with these new glasses so I took them to my optometrist and they were astonished on how bad Costco did.

Costco got it so wrong!!!!I was so irritated and wasted my time

Went 1st time on a Wed. Wake up Thursday with PINK EYE! i saw 0 disinfecting wipes there and clearly they dont disinfect their things that are TOUCHED and used by MANY PPL. Never returning here. gross.
