I am so grateful for the amazing service I received from Josh, our HVAC technician. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to diagnose the problem, and I truly appreciated how efficient he was in getting everything resolved. I noticed right away that Josh cared more than others I have dealt with in the past, and I could see that he genuinely wanted to help. I felt reassured because he took the time to explain everything clearly, and I appreciated his patience. I admire the way he went above and beyond to make sure l was satisfied.
This is my second time using Hamel’s and honestly I don’t plan on ever using anyone else. They are honest, fair and honestly I think economical for what I have seen other companies charge. I highly suggest you contact them. Especially if your a woman who has concerns about being ripped off cause you don’t know what they are talking when it comes to repairs (me).
Josh from Hamels was amazing!!! He called several times informing me of the ETA (same day emergency service in July). Josh was extremely fast and diagnosed a hard to find problem (wire short due to rubbing on metal). Once figured out he fixed everything very quickly and even cleaned out the really dirty outdoor condenser and replaced the filter as well. They system is running better than ever now. Hamels provides a top notch professional experience and at a very reasonable price. Thank you Hamels!!!
