Dry Cleaners near Lakeside

“This place is great. The business operator does excellent dry-cleaning work and she meets the pickup deadline. I was provided with a 5-day turnaround from drop-off to pick-up. 5 days is faster than the 3 other cleaners I tested in East County prior to coming to Neighborhood Cleaners.

I wear suits to work and I will be returning to this cleaner for my cleaning/alteration needs in future.

I have tried nearly every cleaner in Lakeside, Santee, and La Mesa and I like this one best.“

“I would definitely go back to this place. They provided great customer service. I called before hand and they provided a relatively accurate quote. I was a little worried when my blazer was not ready on time but the owner was able to get it to me within the hour and was very honest and kind about the whole ordeal. In addition to the customer service all of my clothing was well taken care of and they provided all of the requested cleanings and alterations. Everything looks great and it was not expensive. “The best service I've ever had, period. The owners are the definition of customer-focused. When our luggage was completely soaked after landing, I called them in a panic. They went above and beyond to help us out of our emergency.

I mean who does that for what will likely only be a one time customer? Expert does that. 30 other local dry cleaners I called said no. But take a guess...... Expert said yes!

“I am a seventy-two year old lady whose washing machine is awaiting repair. I have quite a large family and a huge load of dirty laundry accumulated quickly, forcing me to go to the laundromat. Having very little knowledge of such an establishment left me in a quandary as to what to do. The other customers were very kind when it came to my various queries, but were there, of course, to do laundry of their own. Then came along Jim, the owner of the place. He was like the proverbial knight in shining armor, patiently explaining how to do everything and actually measuring out and pouring in the laundry detergent for me. He was wonderfully kind and did I mention patient? Patience goes a long way with us old folks. As I sat and read my book while waiting for my clothes to finish washing, I observed Jim. I am so pleased to state that he treated everyone the same, regardless of race, ethnicity, age or gender. The machines work great and it is a good, clean establishment.
