Orkin provides excellent service with thorough, knowledgeable, and dedicated technicians. Staff are friendly, professional, and punctual, offering great communication and efficiency. Technicians patiently explain everything and provide tips for prevention and maintenance, often going step-by-step through a facility. They are also responsive, assisting outside of scheduled service days. The staff answering the phone offers excellent customer service. The service is highly recommended.
I work in an office surrounded by beautiful foliage and ponds, which causes us to have many uninvited critters. Since starting our contract with Orkin, our friend Corey comes out once a month to spray inside and outside of our office, along with setting up sticky traps. He’s even came within two hours notice of us having a BIG critter caught in a trap. And he helped us get rid of it as humanely as possible. I have noticed a huge decrease in bugs/pests since we’ve been using Orkin. Would highly recommended.
Our technician, Ricardo Hernandez is excellent!!! He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and dedicated. He will take me step by step through our facility to show me what we can do to minimize pests. He will also stop by, with very little notice, to assist outside of our service day. Thank you so much, Ricardo!
