My Orkin rep called to inform me of their presence at my home, provide me an update on possible issues with insect infestation issues they had seen in the area and inquire if I needed anything else.

Technicians patiently explain everything and provide tips for prevention and maintenance, often going step-by-step through a facility. They are also responsive, assisting outside of scheduled service days. The staff answering the phone offers excellent customer service. The service is highly recommended.

I really appreciate Orkin. I had an outburst of ants 2 days ago. So it was perfect timing today! He did the usual service outside and some special treatment inside the house. I’m happy to be free of ants!

When remodeling, we discovered that we had subterranean termites. The inspector Jacob was able to come out that day, do a thorough inspection and arrange for the technician to come out the following day, keeping our work on schedule. The technician arrived the next morning. Cesar worked very hard in the terrible heat and did an excellent thorough job. We appreciate Orkin’s ability to help us on such short notice!
