Accurate Termite and Pest Control is a reputable company that has been in operation since 1998. The current President, Jim Donnelly, along with his wife Lesley, purchased the company in 2004 and have turned it into a successful business. Despite having no prior experience in termite or pest control, the couple has developed a strong understanding of customer service principles and a keen work ethic. The company's technicians, including Scott Collard, Ralph, Lawrence Giangola, and Toby Spencer, are highly skilled and professional, providing excellent service. Customers appreciate Scott for his attentive care over the years, always staying ahead of their needs. Ralph is noted for his accommodating nature, demonstrating impressive customer service by returning to address a spider issue even after he had left. The communication from the team is detailed and responsive, making Accurate Termite and Pest Control highly recommended for all pest control needs.
I very much had a good experience with Accurate Termite and Pest Control. I live in a 3-storey building, and they were prompt to finish the work on time, and my home did not look like a bunch of people had been in there. Everything they said they were going to do got done. When I passed by the first night, I could see how well-tented the building was. Quite the feat.
The Accurate team did an exceptional job. A big shout out to Ozzie, he met with our community, went through protocol & procedures in advance & patiently stayed until all of our questions were answered. On the day of service the Accurate team went out of their way to assist condo owners & answer last minute questions with professionalism & courtesy. Accurate delivered as promised & kept in constant email communication. It was a positive experience.
As a real estate agent, I rely on vendors I can trust, and Accurate Termite delivers every time. They are professional, responsive, and thorough. Reports are clear, timely, and easy for clients to understand, which helps keep transactions moving smoothly. I highly recommend Accurate Termite to homeowners and fellow agents.
