The service technician david came on time. I explained the plumbing hse issue. He was polite nice .checked out the structure. He explained thoroughly what the issue cld be. He mentioned thorough testing has to be done to trace any blockage. Wall has to be removed behind washer to see if old job was properly done. He sent me email of approximate amt for the job. David was pleasant and no salestalk. Thank you
This first experience with your company was great! When I called in my concern was scheduled quickly, the lady on the phone was pleasant. When Adaryl showed up he was very nice, worked quickly and made sure he addressed the issue throughly and in a cost efficient manner. He explained everything before beginning any work and once done he reviewed everything with me to show it was fixed properly. I will definitely use Oscar’s again.
Plumbers that came to the house. Where very easy to speak to. They spoke to each other as in what to do, gave me a clear understanding of what would happen. Took 3 visits, all is done and working well. Great experience, would highly recommend.
