I had a problem with my bathroom sink drain pipe: the pop-up part was broken and the whole pop-up and tail piece unit had to be replaced.
I called Oscar's plumbing. From the first phone call to the actual service, everything was impeccable.
The person on the phone was very polite and took the time to thoroughly listen to the problem, take notes, and he gave me a 4-hour time frame for the technician to come over.
He actually came early in that time frame, was very thorough and professional, and knew exactly what to do. He didn't have the proper part in his truck, so he left for 45 mn to buy it, came back and was done within 30 mn.

Just had Marco come and un-clog a kitchen sink in my rental property. It was a rare situation where after you snake the drain, when you pull out the snake, the pipe would clog back up. Marco knew exactly what to do and corrected the issue. He did an amazing job. I highly recommend this company.
