Blue Dolphin is a great company. I have the restoration experience on my own property and it is still ongoing. The whole team is professional with high efficient work. The owner Jim and the coordinator Lisa have been doing great in communication, which is very important to me. I would definitely recommend to my friends.
We had a kitchen sink that backed up and flooded our laundry room - fortunately, our insurance company suggested Blue Dolphin and they were on it! They immediately dispatched someone, who did remediation work, including fans and monitoring. If we ever have a home disaster, Blue Dolphin will be receiving a phone call from us!
Although it took a couple of months to complete the water damage restoration, Lisa (an excellent manager as well as a terrific communicator) and her crew (including Kirk) did a wonderful job. Being a senior citizen I was out of my comfort zone, but Lisa kept me informed about insurance and all the procedures required to get the best possible outcome. From the mitigation guys, (Julio,Edgar,Ignacio) who worked diligently to dry out and remove the damaged ceiling and walls to David and Javier who put up the new dry walls, textured and painted as well as flooring installation.
