I’ve been going here for 5 years and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. The staff is friendly, thorough, and transparent about pricing.

Crown fell off after only 3 years. They charged my mom $75 just to write her a referral to an oral surgeon when she could have just called one. And this was for a patient who had been going to them for many years. There are so many other dental offices out there. Please read the reviews below, they are spot on.

Dental hygienist extremely rude. Had to ask for my teeth to be flossed and she stated "I thought you could take care of that at home". I left feeling like my teeth still needed cleaning. She was more concerned with upselling me than doing a thorough cleaning. Currently looking for a new dentist

AMAZING CARE! I noticed an abscess on my daughter's tooth and freaked out so as I was looking up providers they came up immediately and were right down the street. Dr. Moshrefi and her staff were so kind they agreed to see us immediately and got us into the office within 15 minutes and performed x rays as well as provided us with an excellent pediatric dental referral. I was so blown away by their customer service skills. I personally feel that is hard to find in the medical/ dentist industry. They were so welcoming and kind and took their time to explain everything thoroughly. I highly recommend!

I went to sea country dental for partial which initially was told it’s covered by my insurance. Seven months later and charging my insurance $1245 they wanted $426 from me saying my insurance pays only half the cost of $830. When I told them I can’t chew with my partial they said there is no defect with partial. I had my insurance call them for refound. They said it takes one month to get my money back. It’s been tow months and every time I call they say the doctor will call .
I don’t think they have any intention of pay.
Doctors are nice and they try but they are not capable of doing the work. It may have been a good place a few years ago, but not now.
The staff are rude and they make you feel they don’t need you.

I should have read the recent reviews before I went to them.

If I could give this office a negative 10 star I would! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE unless you want to get upsold at every turn and want to end up paying for services that the insurance company will cover! I have United Healthcare Insurance and Medical. I went on UH's website to look for a provider in their network. I found one, called the office and asked to make an appointment with her. When I arrived at the office I said I have an appt with DR. So and So. They said "Oh, we don't have anyone by that name in our office but we can still see you." Before they started cleaning my teeth, I asked them to check with my insurance company to make sure the service would be covered. They proceeded to clean my teeth after the examination which of course DR. UPSELL CAMPO said oh, you need a crown and a root canal on your upper tooth. My tooth had been a bit loose for awhile but I had no pain and it wasn't an urgent matter. They asked me if I wanted a topical to help with any discomfort during the cleaning I said Yes and they charged me $125.00 for that. About a month after that, the tooth in question started really hurting. I made an appointment with them on a Friday to come in the following Monday. On Saturday, I received a bill for $482.00 from them! They HAD NOT CHECKED with my insurance company and they only paid a portion of the teeth cleaning and now they are trying collect the money from me! I went into the office on Monday for my tooth and questioned them and basically they told me I had to take it up with the insurance company. They gave me a referral to have my tooth extracted or get a root canal and crown. Obviously, at this point I don't trust them and go to someone else. When I entered that appointment, I told them this story and I asked the office to make sure it was covered. Within ten minutes, they had a printed out break down and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket! Then imagine my surprise when I get a notification from my insurance company that they were denying the submission for a root canal and crown from Sea Country Dental. I NEVER said I wanted them to do a root canal! I just got off the phone with my insurance company and lo and behold. Sea Country Dental charged me for the topical AND the insurance company and they were paid twice! They also should have billed MedicalCal and I wouldn't have been expected to pay anything. They also aren't even in my Insurance Company's network! This office is shady AF! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS! This happened in March and I'm still dealing with them! If you need a good dentist go see DR. David Hinrichs in San Clemente. He is honest, knowledgeable and does not try to upsell you!

Very quick to go for a crown which is expensive and painful ( I should have gotten second opinion and not trusted this place)
Knowing how quick this practice is to do crowns, it took them 4 try to find the right fit.
Imagine living with temp crown for months and having to go back and forth because they cannot get it right and it has to go back to the lab.
Also after the first filling I had tooth ache for a month which meant my teeth died and I had to go and then get a root canal. I asked why and response was “ it is because of your age” well I only 35 so how does that make any sense?
Just months of misery and pain and cost.
Also if you are going to this practice make sure to double check the bill and your benefit carefully.
I rarely ever leave a negative review but I don’t want anyone else to suffer and go through what I had to endure.
