OC Pool Boys has been servicing my pool for the last three years, they show up every week, and treat all the gates with care, decking, walls, they are aware of there surroundings for sure. I've had many pool men come service my pool throwing there equipment aggressively on the ground, causing damage to the decking over time, we have travertine tile. These guys not at all, they set there equipment down as if it was made of glass. Very considerate and professional. These guys go the extra mile. Anytime the pool equipment breaks the repairs are done same day, if not the next day. Great job guys!
Kris was recommended to us after our previous pool service never showed up, even after making us wait for a week. By then, our pool had turned completely green.
Kris scheduled an appointment for the very next day, gave us a two-hour arrival window, and showed up right on time in San Clemente.
He cleaned our salt cell, inspected the equipment, and let us know that our filter grids were broken and needed to be replaced. Everything was completed promptly and professionally.
