I love perspire Laguna Niguel!! It has changed my health dramatically. We are bombarded with toxins daily and this helps me detox on a daily basis. The facility is super clean and the staff is top notch. Joe the manager is so friendly and kind he is also very knowledgeable in health. Joya is also super sweet and always so helpful with my needs. I would definitely book a session , I go five times a week. I have a membership there, best thing I have done for my health!

5 out of 5, each and every time! We were greeted by Kimberly and she was friendly and professional. One of us was trying infrared sauna for the first time and they were very informative and cordial. Staff here has always been great. Facilities was clean and easily accessible. Great way to detox and get a good reset. Highly recommend!

Horrible. they will find a way to continuously charge you and not resolve anything if there's issues that come up.

I have been going to Perspire Sauna for two years and really enjoy the experience. The rooms are always clean, easy to book, the manager and staff are nice and accommodating, and my aches and pains usually feel better after the sauna sessions.

So. I’m an old skool sauna guy. And I have been reading up on the new tech with these wonderful new saunas as Perspire.
Wow. What a great set up. Plus I got a special deal too. FYI. If you want the special… drop in, or call and check it out.
The Perspire Sauna Studio is set up like a first class business. Plenty of parking. Great location with wonderful staff.
HEY! Guess what? If you bring your own water bottle they have a delicious filtered water refill station! Or you can purchase one there and go to town.
They even have specialty enhanced drinks to maximize your health while you are there.
Here are the deets. They have multiple rooms that are set up for maximum comfort and relaxation. Each room has its own sauna - self enclosed right inside the room. A nice flatscreen for enjoyment and a Bluetooth audio set up so you can link your phone to play right inside your own little slice of heaven.
Clean rooms and sparkling saunas await your journey. Each sauna has red light therapy and infrared lighting. Adjustable therapy lights, and multiple options to maximize YOUR own unique experience.
You have plenty of towels for your room and it’s super private with you controlling the lock inside your room.
Sessions run about 40 minutes with 10 min to change at the front end and 10 at the end to wipe down all that toxic life you just sweat out.
Be sure to get in and help yourself reach better levels of health and well being.

An amazing place for wellness, detoxing, proactive health and relaxation. It’s your own sanctuary. Private room, glass enclosure, flat screen with anything you’d want to watch or listen to, amazing staff, eucalyptus cold wet cloth at the end!
