Your Going to Get Hurt! Thats what they all told me would happen if I were to start doing crossfit with my dadbod. It could not be further from the truth. Steve was amazing with me - his #1 concern was making sure we modified my workout to make sure that injury was not achieved. Highly recommend this gym, its the real deal!

I recently came to the area for about a month and worked out at this gym daily. Fantastic people and fantastic equipment and facility. The members were great even though I just do open gym. Huge space for CrossFit as well as some Olympic lifting platforms. Thanks again Gizzi and I’ll be back for sure.

LeftCoast is one of my favorite places to be! Everyone is welcome, encouraging, and friendly. I always leave with such a big smile on my face. A lot of CrossFit gyms are super competitive and intimidating. This box is definitely different in that each person is competing against their former selves, not each other. The form and technique is really important here which helps in avoiding injuries and getting the best workout possible. The coffee shop in the gym is pretty great too ?.
