I had a phone consultation with Karen regarding a few issues that have been troubling me tremendously. I was hoping that I would be able to have an in person session with her, as I had grown rather desperate for my conditions which needed therapy, but she was not seeing clients during to the pandemic. She called me after receiving my email and asked me to share what was going on. I explained that I was having some knee pain and TMJ issues. Imagine my delight to learn that Karen had a number of recommendations on how I could relieve my issues. I immediately went from feeling overwhelmed and hopeless (given that I was positive I needed hands on work) to feeling hopeFUL and inspired. Karen is a fantastic listener and very empathetic and took the time to fully understand what I was experiencing so she could best guide me. I took her up on several recommendations right away and I was amazed to see how powerful her recommendations truly were. I experienced relief surprisingly quickly and I'm continuing to make solid progress. Karen demonstrates a great love and skill for sharing her expertise and helping to educate me about how to best prevent aggravation of my issues and how to take better care of my body moving forward. In that one call, I learned FAR MORE than I ever expected would come from a phone consultation. I am extremely impressed; not just by her expertise and knowledge in a variety of treatment approaches, but by her passion and love for helping others move away from unnecessary pain and back into a life of movement and ease. I am tremendously grateful to Karen! I thought I was out of options and required hands on work, but she had recommendations for methods and self-treatments that have been surprisingly effective! Highly recommended - you don't have to wait until the pandemic is over to get relief and the help you need!

Fantastic ! Truly life changing experience . I felt so much better and pain free after just three sessions . Her rates are competitive . The only down is that she does not accept credit cards or insurance . However I understand as a small biz owner why she doesn't . If you are on pain and need a well trained and patient therapist , try her services!!
