Holly is great! She really knows how to critique your position and make sure you are isolating the right muscle. She was my life savor after I had a baby. I had a lot of back pain and I felt the difference after 2 meetings. Thank you Holly!!

Searching for a Pilates instructor in Orange County can be tough, There's studio after studio, places offering these big saving to come try them out and then there's the real deal....HOLLY! I am an extremely active person and put my body through the ringer and I can't imagine my week without my Pilates sessions with Holly! She has done wonders for my body from the inside out.
