I have been working at out F45 Laguna Niguel when visiting Orange County. This is a great location - spacious and clean. The coaches and the owner are welcoming and friendly, demo the classes clearly, are encouraging and enthusiastic during the workout and make sure to correct the form as needed. And the music section so great! All in all, a great F45 home away from home for me.
Caelan’s 5am class at F45 Laguna Niguel is hands-down the best way to kickstart your day. Even at that early hour, her energy is electric and instantly lifts the whole room. What really sets her apart, though, is her exceptional cueing and coaching—she guides you through every exercise with clarity, perfect pacing, and just the right amount of motivation to keep you pushing. The workout feels challenging yet totally doable because she ensures everyone moves with confidence and great form. If you want to start your morning feeling strong, supported, and fired up, Caelan’s class is unbeatable.
I love boutique fitness but it’s all about the vibe and this place delivers! The entire team (front desk and instructors) build community and the members are friendly. I made friends in just a few weeks!
