I have been going to Eco Cleaners (also known as Cleaners and Taylors)for nearly 20 years. About 2 years ago (approximately) “Milly” sold Eco Cleaners to someone new. Prices went up and now the new owners are getting greedy. Here is what happened! I took my clothes in for dry cleaning, as I counted my pieces, the women behind the counter took the clothes from me and started counting them, (I explained I wanted one pair on my slacks pressed a certain way). This place is extremely over priced!!! The woman who does the alterations literally makes up her price in her head based upon the car you drive up in . And it's different each and every time for the SAME service!!! She charges more for the hemming a pair of pants off Amazon then the pants cost!! Total rip off!!! Anyone who's paying these prices obviously just doesn't care about throwing money away ! Scam !

My granddaughter's new cheer uniform needed to be altered - all three pieces of it. It was Monday, and we needed it for a performance on Friday. I saw the good reviews on Yelp for this place so we went there. The woman who assisted us was extremely helpful and took her time as we explained what was important to us. She said she could have it ready by Thursday after 3 although she would have preferred more time. She had it ready and it turned out great. Really like her helpfulness. Will definitely try out the dry cleaning too.
