The poor customer service is very disappointing. Barbara came over on a Friday to give me a quote. We scheduled cleaning for the next Friday at 8am. When the cleaners didn't arrive by 830am, we called Barbara and she said we were scheduled for the following week. When someone says next Friday, it means the next Friday, not two Fridays from now. I was very upset with their poor communication.
