i purchased Lutron shades and had spent alot of money with Candlelight. The customer is service is the worst becasue there is no customer service. I called and left a few messages without a return call after spending a fortune. After another attempt, i was able to get my call returned. i had emailed the owner, Tom H and didnt even have the interest to reply. They are overpriced and poorly managed. Avoid doing business with them.
