We had a unique issue with our washing machine , and Peter the technician that showed up was eager to fix it. He gave me advice on products that I could use to keep my machine clean and perform at its best. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He also looked over and accessed my dryer and cleaned the vent. He never seemed to be in a hurry. When I asked him if he worked on other appliances he confirmed that he could maintain them too. Super professional and I will use his services again!

Caesar’s is our go-to appliance store. Small business - excellent service every time. Called at 3 pm for our washing machine. Victor came after his last stop of the day and literally saved the day! He was so good and doesn’t make us feel like idiots for not knowing how to “unlock” our control system😆. Ge also made sure we knew exactly how to order the $7.99 part we needed on Amazon. Love this shop. We will always give them our business! Have purchased our refrigerator and stove top from them over the past 2 years and many other appliances over the years. Check them out — Small but mighty!
