Please don’t go to his salon. They hire brand new stylist and the owner is truly the rudest human being. She verbally attacked me because I wanted to walk out on service that wasn’t complimented. She then charged my card on file.. ( btw a salon that asks for your card before service should be a red flag) . She charged me for an updo because I asked for 2 Bobby pins on the way out. Awful business owner.

This place was horrible! It’s like they had beginners I walked out with my hair in worst condition than when I went in. Understaffed and overbooked and then the inexperienced stylists

I recently visited this hairdresser and was shocked to find out they don’t even have a proper license. The lack of professionalism and training really shows in their work. My haircut was uneven, and the overall experience felt rushed and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend trusting your hair to someone who hasn’t met the basic qualifications for the job. I showed them an inspiration picture and they failed to meet my expectations. She told me she would style my hair without the extra charge but midway changed her mind and said “I just wanted to show you what it would look like curled if you did pay extra” as my hair was half curled and half straightened. Also extremely overpriced. I do not recommend this place whatsoever.

Got a blowout as a bridesmaid the DAY of the wedding! Melody was nice, professional, meticulous, and great! She mentioned her mother is Ziba who I have also heard great things about! I I will be back when I am in town again! Reception was nice too! THANK YOU!

I am a regular customer and have yet to have a bad service. Everyone is friendly. The place is clean and they work with your schedule. 5 stars all around d.

Everyone are hard workers and skilled in their profession, very nice people from management team to staff, they even try their best to take care of very difficult customers. It’s unfortunate that some people are just ignorant. We should take care of the beauty of our inside as well as outside.

Look elsewhere. This place is extremely unprofessional. I booked for an updo and eye makeup 6 WEEKS before my best friend's wedding that I traveled from TX for. I received a confirmation email the day before stating that "Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the full service appointments." But apparently they can cancel whenever they want and not honor their booking, As, that evening, I received a voicemail saying that they could no longer do my makeup. When I called back to clarify I was told that there was just one stylist for makeup and she is "going to be sick tomorrow". Clearly, she misspoke, but also, you only had one stylist and she was going to be out and you couldn't get someone to honor the appointment? Which I had booked 6 weeks in advance? Very very poor business management and customer service. She then told me to try another location, which was not an option for me, and I told her that I found them to be unreliable and wouldn't bother. The wedding was 18 hours later and it was on a Sunday so I was just stuck. On a bright side, if you need excellent eye makeup, go see Ashley at the Lancome counter at Nordstrom at The Shops at Mission Viejo. She saved the day!
