Found through Allstate. We had water damage due to AC leak. Service master’s work has been professional and reasonable. Timely response and satisfied result. All workers seem to be well experienced. Special thanks to Casandra and Eileen. Great communication.

We had a flood in our master bath and bedroom and all of the moving parts to put us back together again were VERY confusing - water remediation, asbestos, testing, demolition, etc. When Alex reached out to us, he was like a breath of fresh air. He patiently explained the process and the various steps, the relationships between our insurance company, a third-party and the companies actually doing the advance work. It was extremely helpful and took a LOT of stress out of the equation.
