I honestly can't say enough good things about Jarvis Restoration. After a flood hit my home from the bathroom toilet, I was overwhelmed and didn't even know where to start. From the very first call, Megan and her team moved fast, showed up on time, and immediately took control of the situation in a way that made me feel like I was in good hands.

The guys helped me understand the next steps and how the process would go in this situation. They handled everything with serious professionalism. What really stood out was how thorough they were about everything. They didn't cut corners or rush anything (even though I felt like we should rush the process). They explained each step clearly, kept me updated day-by-day, and made sure everything was done right the first time.

The crew was respectful, clean, and treated my home like it was their own! By the time they finished, the house honestly looked better than it did before the flood. You'd never even know something happened. If you ever find yourself dealing with water damage or floods, don't even think twice about Jarvis. These guys are reliable, efficient, and genuinely care about the quality of their work!

Great experience. Called and spoke with Emma, who coordinated with my plumber to get him access to fix a leak and to dry out the walls. She took the time to answer all my questions and explain their process for things. If I ever have water damage in the future I will 100% call again! Highly recommend.

6 star review. I received a same day in person quote on a Sunday last weekend. I spoke to Megan in the morning and she had a technician out in the next hour. That's service. I trusted what the guy was telling me. He located the issue and explained the process. We hired them. They came back out on today and started the work. Did a great job. Very clean and professional. Price was very reasonable too. Now the waiting and drying game. They'll be back in a few days to check on the process. Thank you Jarvis Restoration.
