Wow this guy helped me out. He didn't work on my computer but he told me stuff it could be and he was right. If it didn't work to see him. But I'm glad he gave me advice & i'll go to him for sure. Thank you bill for the advice.

I found Bill on Yelp to fix my dropped Wi-Fi connection on my PC. We made an appointment the very next day and Bill showed up right on time. He went right to work and found the issue causing my problem. He also took the time to back up all my files on a flash drive for me. Bill is very straightforward and now I feel like a have my very own IT guy....thanks Bill!
