IThinksource is our Company's main provider for IT Support services. Their response time and efficiency when tackling any issue is superb. I have personally have not come across a support company that has been SO reliable. They take their time to explain your options and help/complete the problem at hand. I would definitely recommend them to any company looking to outsource for support, very reputable. Our site assigned tech Scott Matsumoto has been genuinely committed in assisting our team's success, a true professional. We are proud to continue our collaboration with their team.
