The woman I am always greeted by is courteous and professional. Prices seem a bit steep, but I never have to worry about my clothes being late (or any other problems for that matter). “I can’t say enough about Olivia’s cleaners! I dropped off a friends dress that I thought was unsalvageable, and when I picked it up, it looked brand new. What really blew me away though, was the last time that I dropped off a pair of cream colored, designer, Ramy Brooke pants, there were stains throughout and the bottom was so dirty, and the hem had completely come undone. Not only were they completely clean, Olivia’s took the time to mend the hem, and didn’t even charge me for it. Hands-down, some of the best care and service from a local business I have ever received!“

“The best dry cleaning/ or cleaning you can ever find. Greeting by staffs are the best part. You always being greeted with a smile. The owner is such a decent man. One day I gave them a blanket for clean up. When I was picking it up it was close to after hour. The owner was there for some maintenance. He opened the door for me and handed me my blankets. I paid and left the store. As I was getting close to my car I saw the owner calling me and wanted to pay me back some money because he believed my blanket wasn't tick enough for the category I paid. The kind of decency that hard to find these days in the society that we are living. God bless people like him who have integrity.“

“I recently moved into the Lake Forest area from Irvine and was in search of a high quality, reasonably priced cleaners. I’m glad I chose Cleaners 2000! Not only was Sharon (owner?) friendly and value conscience when discussing options, but the finished product was perfect cleaned with a few stains and arm pit musk removed from my suits. Coming from Irvine I would have easily paid 15-20% higher for my 7 suits, 1 tie, 2 buttons added to suit. Turn around time was 3 business days as I told them I wasn’t in a rush. Initially I was debating this location as there have not been recent reviews, and there was one passionate negative review which I was able to clarify and get the owners perspective to my satisfaction.
