Joy and her husband and their crew are wonderful people. The customer service I receive is so friendly! The quality of service is also great. They always fix my client's clothes that you can't even tell anything was ever torn. I recommend Monarch Bay Cleaners.
I have come here for years, and the work is always beautifully done and well priced for both cleaning and tailoring. They remember me when I walk in. The only time I needed something they could not do, they told me before I dropped it off, and I appreciated the honesty. They're great!
It can be hard to find a reliable cleaners but I definitely found mine! The prices are reasonable, the results are on point, and they have the friendliest and most helpful staff. I love that I can always rely on Monarch Bay Cleaners to do a great job.
