What really blew me away though, was the last time that I dropped off a pair of cream colored, designer, Ramy Brooke pants, there were stains throughout and the bottom was so dirty, and the hem had completely come undone. Not only were they completely clean, Olivia’s took the time to mend the hem, and didn’t even charge me for it.
