I hired Lamorinda Construction and Consulting to build a detached ADU and add a new master bedroom and bathroom suite onto my home, and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
They met the timeline they originally estimated, which I know is not always easy with projects of this size. The quality of the construction was excellent, and it’s clear they take a lot of pride in their work. Their crew and subcontractors were always professional, friendly, and respectful, and the craftsmanship throughout the project was superb.

Lamorinda Construction was great to work with. They have an amazing team of contractors and subs and have great attention to detail. They were very efficient and finished our complete remodel in a very timely manner with little to no delays. They communicate well and are quick to resolve issues. Even after the project was done and we were moved in, they came back to fix little issues and made sure everything was how we wanted it. Highly recommend!
In 2024, we worked with Lamorinda Construction on a whole house remodel. We chose them because they checked all of our boxes, and most importantly because they were a local business with vast experience and a solid reputation in the area. Having done a remodel previously, we knew that there would be many surprises along the way so we wanted someone who could confidently navigate whatever came up, and who would stand behind their work.
