Jose would communicate and respond to my concerns, would let us know when he was on his way over. He fixed our dryer and i would recommend Jose if you have any washer or dryer problems!

I was having an issue with a front loading washing machine and within 24 hours Fixem was here to diagnose the problem. Arthur considering the issue(s) and age. Didn't think it was wise to put money into an older washer. The honesty and not just trying to make money for endless repairs was great.

The dryer in one of my rental units developed a problem. The drum would not turn properly. I called FixEm and they came promptly to check. A few days later they returned with the part and problem solved. My renter is happy and so am I! I'll call FixEm next time I have an appliance problem.
