I recently had the opportunity to shadow Dr. Fiedler, and I was incredibly impressed. Her professionalism, deep knowledge, and genuine care for each patient were evident in every interaction. She takes the time to listen carefully and pays close attention to every detail, ensuring her patients feel heard and well-cared for. The clinic itself is spotless and incredibly well-run, a true reflection of her leadership. The staff is polite, respectful, and clearly dedicated to providing excellent service. Managing such a busy practice with this level of dedication is a huge accomplishment, and I have immense respect for her hard work. I would highly recommend Dr. Fiedler to anyone seeking a fantastic family doctor.

Dr. Fiedler was a good doctor during the time I saw her, but I left her because she no longer takes Medicare. To see her now you have to join and pay some kind of membership fee.

Dr. Fieldler is a wonderful and kind dr. She is just what is needed in the field of personalized medicine. I started with her a few months ago and will be away for summer but have every intention going back. She is very personable, Anita who works with her is fierce about getting things covered by insurance and they care. I would suggest everyone supplement their plans with a monthly subscription here and really get some personalize service. Only good things to say about my experience and this Dr.

If you are looking for a more personalized experience when it comes to working with a doctor, Dr. Fiedler is the one! She gives "Nordstrom" style service, which is almost unheard of when it comes to medical care. Whether you are looking for last minute appts to avoid urgent care, weight loss/management, or medical advice from a caring doctor, Dr. Fiedler has it covered. She is AMAZING!!

Dr. Fiedler is one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have ever encountered. She invests the time in each patient to really understand the issue and concerns in order to find a solution (unlike most PC doctors who rush in and out of the room and cut patients off because they have allotted 5min to each patient before seeing their next patient).I’ve also inquired about some cosmetic work. It was surprising to hear her not recommend it saying I don’t need it at the time or the results I was hoping for was not realistic. Clearly, she is more concerned with what’s in my best interest vs. selling a product. Impressive. If you are looking for a honest doctor who truly cares- she is the one! Thank you Dr. Fiedler.

I submitted an application for a receptionist position at new medical, and as a result was asked to do a one-way video interview. I am actually overqualified for the position and felt I did a good job answering the questions, however I was shot down immediately and can only assume it is because of my age. I read the mixed reviews that this practice received and now I am thinking I may have dodged a bullet by not being hired. I am very nervous now about having put myself in a vulnerable position and I’m very sorry that I subjected myself to the interviewing process.

Dr. Fiedler is probably the most incompetent,medical professional I have ever seen. I liked her energy at the initial visit. Her office staff seems to be nice however I had several incidents occur big red flags which made me question her practice. I tried to leave the office but they have a 60 day cancellation policy which means I was stuck with an incompetent doctor and pay my membership dues for the next 2 months. Fast forward 60 days and they're still trying to charge me for an additional 30 days. No response from the doctor. Money money money.. excuses after another. She cannot even get a simple blood work order in correctly. This woman is an awful excuse and shame for any person in medicine.
