I started here after needing to leave another local martial arts school where I repeatedly injured my knee. I really wanted to continue a martial arts practice. I am one of a few adults in class, and I have to say: this is a family business and they treat you like family. The teenagers in class are mature, classes are serious and fun at the same time, and I feel completely supported in keeping myself safe here. I love the variety: classes are a mix of stretching, strengthening, taekwondo technique (kicks and forms), and weapons technique. I am never bored. I love the studio, instructors and just how they run such a friendly place. No longer best kept secret since all know it is the best place! Deserve 5 stars for enthusiasm, cleanliness and friendliness!

Our 10 year old son has been attending the studio for the past two years, typically three days per week and his/our experience has been exceptional. It is a family run and owned business that is led and managed by Master Scott, Master Ian and Phyllis. They genuinely care about all of the kids and parents and make you feel a part of the "family". Masters Scott and Ian lead a well structured program, culturing respect and responsibility while maintaining a fun atmosphere. You can tell that the students really look up to the instructors.
