Amended my review to note that any issue I had with an initial visit was completely and immediately addressed! It's so rare to find a business that is so proactive in client satisfaction these days, and responsive to feedback. I came in for an adjustment and it was much needed. If there's an off haircut - which is only human and happens - trust that Caroline's Salon will work with you to fix it, more than one can say of many other salons. Thanks to Susan and team!

I found Caroline's salon through a friend recommendation and I've had such a lovely experience. The salon itself is inviting, beautiful, and cozy and you're always greeted by the sweetest ladies at the front desk. The salon is super clean and organized. Since I wasn't familiar with any of the stylists I made my first appointment with Bryanna and I've been going to her ever since (today was my 4th or 5th appointment with her). She's amazing. She is knowledgeable and very skilled. She's excited about learning and educating herself on new products and/or hair trends. She has the most lovely personality. Very easy to talk to.
