Very spacious and clean gym with a variety of equipment. There is like 10 of each dumbbell and a lot of squat racks and benches. Masssage chairs are great and locker room is very clean 10/10 gym and affordable
Large new gym with reasonable membership options. New machines, free weights and friendly staff. I highly recommend the personal training sessions with Zoey. Zoey takes the time to plan out each session to meet my needs She is thorough and knowledgeable while creating fun and motivated training.
I absolutely loved going to this gym!The equipment is amazing, price is unbelievable and open 24 hours!And of course is packed because everyone wants to go there! ?We need one in Newport asap ?
