“Mike was so complete and thorough in all ways imaginable to get our remodel & renovation done. Permits pulled, inspections passed. Invoices and change orders always in order. Cannot be more happy. Quality workmanship. After 17 years living in our home since we had signed with him in mid 2006, I couldn't be more happy. It was about a years work and by 2008 we were all settled in and loving it. “American West installed a new insulated roof and earthquake bracing for me on my Mother's home. They were very polite, well organized and efficient. My Mother said the roof has made the home much quieter than before. She hasn't had an earthquake yet so we don't know how well they'll work, but I'm sure, being Southern California, we'll have one soon enough. I know I feel better knowing she's protected now. I'm very happy with Kent, his crew and the job they did for us. I give them 5 stars.“

“This company is awesome. Had a leak from shower to other side and everyone kept telling me it was the shower pan leaking but later found out it was a prior bad tile job. I was able to have it checked out within days and Dennis was able to send it into the office for a quote. Ana from the office gave me an estimate and I was able to get it done within a week. Constant communication with Ana at the office and Dennis and Bekhan were always there on time. They did great work and also helped me out with picking out tiles to replace. Will be using them again and highly recommend!“

The rates were very competitive but more importantly, the work was done well and the end result was amazing. They quoted me 7 days for my 1.5 bathroom project and they finishes exactly on time, they cleaned up every day, and I can call then any time if there are any problems.
