“I’ll be honest, I was hesitant to sign up for life coaching. I thought, “I don’t really have anything to work on. I don’t have that much going on.” Well… how wrong was I? 🤣
During our very first meeting, Eileen walked me through the Wheel of Life exercise, and I quickly realized I had so many ideas, goals, and “open loops” in my mind that I’d been carrying around for years without taking action on them.
It’s only been 3 weeks, and with Eileen’s guidance, I’ve accomplished more in 3 weeks than I have in the last 6 years! In that short time, I’ve already started rebranding my business, secured my first office space, started the process of changing my name, and even finished a painting that had been sitting unfinished for over 2 years! Eileen helped me stop overthinking and start taking action.
What I appreciate most is that she doesn’t tell you what to do, she helps you uncover what’s already inside of you and gives you the confidence and accountability to move forward. She challenged me to close the loops I’d been leaving open for years, and because of that, I feel more focused, productive, and confident than ever.
