About 1/2 hr later I received a call from James, we spoke easily about what I was looking for and what options would be best for me. James was friendly, professional, and educated about my skin care needs. A week later and I met James at his studio where he was friendly and explained my hydrating facial and what was expected throughout the session. I knew I was in great hands. I was comfortable, relaxed, and enjoyed my experience. My face was hydrated and healthy looking. My body was relaxed through the massage I received. It was the perfect pampering I have enjoyed in a really long time. Furthermore, I would highly recommend James and his services.
