I hired Taylor to install new sod and sprinklers in my backyard in 2022 and again in my front in 2023. Overall, Taylor and his crew do pretty good work and stick to the agreed schedule and costs. I wish I could give a higher rating but I've had issues with both sprinkler systems and Taylor has ignored requests to come address the issues (the sprinklers are still under waranty) despite initially telling me he'd stop by months ago. I like Taylor, but having a sprinkler break 6 weeks after being installed is frustrating. I'd be happy to update the review if my issues get resolved.

I liked Taylor a lot and thought they would be great.Sadly I was wrong.I had new sod installed in the back. I pointed out dips and holes when they were laying it and they ignored me. I role my ankles every time I walk on it now and it looks lumpy and uneven. The prinkler over water some areas and completely miss others. I have sections that are dying and have reached out numerous times with no response to texts or calls.The front yard seed that was planted is a huge joke! Pure weeds and not what I asked for. They raced from the minute they arrived to leave.I have plants in the front dying because the rip lines are not adequate. Again told him but no response!I paid what... read full review
