I hired Taylor to install new sod and sprinklers in my backyard in 2022 and again in my front in 2023. Overall, Taylor and his crew do pretty good work and stick to the agreed schedule and costs. I wish I could give a higher rating but I've had issues with both sprinkler systems and Taylor has ignored requests to come address the issues (the sprinklers are still under waranty) despite initially telling me he'd stop by months ago. I like Taylor, but having a sprinkler break 6 weeks after being installed is frustrating. I'd be happy to update the review if my issues get resolved.

I liked Taylor a lot and thought they would be great.Sadly I was wrong.I had new sod installed in the back. I pointed out dips and holes when they were laying it and they ignored me. I role my ankles every time I walk on it now and it looks lumpy and uneven. The prinkler over water some areas and completely miss others. I have sections that are dying and have reached out numerous times with no response to texts or calls.The front yard seed that was planted is a huge joke! Pure weeds and not what I asked for. They raced from the minute they arrived to leave.I have plants in the front dying because the rip lines are not adequate. Again told him but no response!I paid what they asked, never haggled and even paid for the back planter sprinklers even though they would have to come back when the planters were completed. I've called and texted dozens of times with no response! Please beware and be warned!

TPS is very reliable and Taylor stands by his work. Reasonably priced. I will call Taylor in the future for all my irrigation needs.

Taylor was great to work with from the consultation to completion. He was prompt in the showing up for the appointment, knowledgeable with my landscape requirements, and described the best solution. I went with St Augustine and he let me know that he will supplement with rye to get green sooner since this was in March 2023 right before the heavy rains. The rye made my lawn look good from the start, but now that it's warmer, the St Augustine grass is taking over and looking amazing. Just like how Taylor described. After the job was completed, he came back a couple of times to check status and make sure everything was going well. Taylor adjusted the sprinklers for better coverage and gave me watering tips. TPS has been fantastic and I trust them for future lawn care. I highly recommend them.

When looking to sod my lawn I received several estimates and felt the most comfortable in using TPS Landscaping. Taylor's communication from the beginning was prompt, responsive and informative. They showed up when they said they would and completed the job in no time. I couldn't be happier with the completed project. We started killing our lawn last year, dug up the bermuda grass, and then... left the dirt for months. Laying our own sod seemed like a nightmare - so glad we found TPS Landscaping!They tilled, regraded our yard, laid our new fescue sod, and repaired some sprinklers. When we mentioned we wanted a pergola, they offered their services there too! The whole yard - front, back, and pergola build - took only four days.It's been a couple months now and Taylor is still very responsive when we have questions about our lawn. We had a few issues with overwatering then underwatering and he coached us the whole way.We and the pups love our yard now, thanks TPS!

Taylor and his crew did an amazing job transforming my front and backyard. There was a lot of work to be done but I had a tight budget. Taylor was honest with what he could do and gave alternatives/options that would work within my budget while still having the landscape look beautiful. From start to finish, Taylor was professional and communicative. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. Would use again for future projects!
