I want to give a huge shout out to Justin in the Warranty department!!
Before Justin was assigned to the warranty department, I had submitted paperwork for my refrigerator to be replaced due to a warranty issue. It took approximately three months and after numerous unanswered emails to the lady that was supposedly handling my warranty, I called and asked to speak to somebody other than her. I was connected to Justin who instantly looked at my paperwork and let me know that the paperwork had never even been submitted. He told me that he will get the paperwork completed that very day. We worked with Mike and Landrie with the Sales Team. They first assessed what we’re looking for and the our needs for the RV. We found one which we thought would be great. We did put a deposit down to hold the RV. However, we were not pressured at anytime to buy anything. They were more concerned about helping us get the right product.
