Wow. Just wow. Called to ask about insurance and make an appointment. Man who answered said "hello?" "Hi is this vision chiropractic?" "May I ask who's calling?" "Ummm...*gives name*" "and why are you calling?" "I was trying to reach vision chiropractic?" "I understand that. I get a lot of sales calls and if this is a sales call I'm not interested." I have NEVER experienced such lack of customer service. After I told him I was looking to make an appointment but I think I'm no longer interested his response was "that's fine." NO JOKE. WTH???? Maybe time to hire a receptionist if you don't know how to talk to people. Or better yet, maybe time to retire if you're so crotchety.

Initially, Dr. Rick assessed my situation manually. He explained how it would be advantageous to take a closer look with X-ray images - no sales pitch whatsoever. Came across an online coupon which he honored w/out hesitation. Took the images and showed me exactly what needed fixing. Started my visits in July 2018 and see him like clockwork every other week. Show up, get adjusted, and I'm WELL on my way within 20 minutes - no nonsense, in and out. He completely changed my life seemingly overnight. Everytime I leave his office, I walk out just a little bit taller and feeling great!Now, I don't feel a need to crack my own neck and back. Most importantly, I get Good quality...read full review
