I haven’t been to the dentist in 5+ years and I definitely was nervous. The location was easy to find with covered designated parking and the office was welcoming and comfortable.
Let me tell you, the staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Always asking if I needed water or a break in between cleanings. Definitely will be coming here on time and will not be waiting years like before.
The front desk lady was very helpful as well and broke down what my insurance will cover and when coverage will go in effect. Thank you team!!
In my 65 years, I have never experienced a dental office as warm, friendly, caring, and personal as this one. The staff made it a priority to get me in as quickly as possible since I was dealing with tooth pain, which I truly appreciated. Throughout my visit, they consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and doing okay.
Dr. Erin Ransom was professional, attentive, and focused on addressing my immediate needs while also creating a thoughtful plan for the future dental work I need. I am extremely happy to have found this office and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.
Like a lot of people, I have a phobia of the dentist which has led me to stay away from having regular visits over the last several years. Earlier this year I found myself in need of some semi-urgent dental attention and was referred to Summit by a friend. I have had two fairly major procedures done in the last few months, and while they were by no means fun, I believe they went the best that they possibly could because of Dr. Peacock and Jill. Jill understands anxiety and saved me from having a complete meltdown during my first procedure there and Dr. Peacock does an amazing job of making me feel like a person rather than a problem.
