Miss Jessica did all three of my daughters hair today. Their ages are 5, 8, and 12 years old. They all loved her and we were so happy with the end results. They are all ready to get back to school in style.
I took my daughter here today for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised. There was a little miscommunication, but mostly from my end. We ended up getting her a bang trim with the unicorn braids and a shampoo. The experience was pleasant, and Miss Jessica was very friendly and helpful at making my daughter feel comfortable and calm during the process. We will definitely be back. she absolutely loves her braids and wants to keep them in forever lol.
My husband and I bring our two boys in every month for an appointment with Norma for the last 3 years, and we couldn’t be happier. She makes them feel completely at ease—always engaging with them, calming them if needed, and creating a fun, relaxed atmosphere. The haircuts always turn out perfect and exactly how we ask. You can tell she truly understands how to work with little ones and makes the entire experience enjoyable for everyone.
