I’ve been going to Fit Societe in Kearny Mesa as my main location since it’s closer to my house/work but on weekends I make it out to the La Mesa facility for Saturday morning class with Scott. It’s the same great experience just a different venue!
These classes can be progressed/regressed to whatever your current level is so everyone can benefit and get an appropriate workout from taking a class. And you’re guided by extremely professional and knowledgeable coaches along the way (shoutout Bobbi and Scott). I've worked out and run for the past 20 years. I've been a member of a number of different gyms and fitness programs and this is by far the best I've ever participated in. The coaches are a wonderful blend of knowledge, support, encouragement, and humor. And they get to know you so they know what you're working on or what your next goal is and help you with that. The workouts vary every day and so I never get bored by doing the same routine. Although all of the coaches are great, I really appreciate all of the help from Robert in terms of accomplishing my goals. Highly recommend Fit Societie!

I really enjoy working out with Fit Societe. I get a lot more out of the group workouts than if I worked out on my own, and it's fun to be with the group to support one another. Everyone is kind and welcoming!The instructors give everyone guidance in class, helping you with proper form and challenging you to push yourself harder to reach your goals. Their focus on safety and form is one of the biggest reasons why I chose this gym - I've had my fair share of injuries and definitely don't want another if I can avoid it.And, let's face it, gyms and weight training can be intimidating if you aren't familiar with all the equipment and moves, so having... read full review
