I called several times no one answers the phone. No online booking. No hours posted on the website. Google said it was open so I went down there and the place is closed. Why do you guys hate your customers?

Really hard to get an appointment OR walk in here? Not quite sure when they are open. I used to get a great cut from suitcase barber awhile back. Looked around

Why say you’re open, have someone drive to you, and be closed, with no signs stating anything contradictory to your online hours listed?

Dez did a great job. Wife and I agree my hair and beard have never looked better. Total professional, friendly, and great communicater. It can be tough finding a new barber your comfortable with, but I was put at ease immediately. It was so good I've already booked my next appointment in a couple months.

Neither my husband nor I were pleased with the results. We had to wait for the barber to arrive. The service provider just wasn't to my husband's liking. The barber was not rude or unkind. Did not like how his beard and hair were trimmed/cut. Sometimes it happens.

I border on being unreasonable when it comes to certain things in this world. Classifying a barber as "solid" is rare for me. So when I say Dez at Dapper Jay's is truly a master of his craft, trust you can take that s*** to the bank. Before even throwing the cloak over me, he took the time to truly understand what I was looking for, and then absolutely nailed it. Throw in some good conversation, hand picked tunes, a beer and a hot towel... I have found the Barber I have been looking for. If you are looking for a haircut, there is a sports clips down the street. But if you want to look as good as you feel, Dez at Dapper Jay's is reissuing personal imagery with a hand as true as the Reaper himself. Experience it for yourself, reclaim your self confidence, and give this man a shot. He doesn't miss.
