What an experience getting my haircut by Maybo at CrossFaded. I can't recommend this barbershop enough. From start to finish Maybo's attention to detail was easily noticeable. I can't remember the last time a barber used a straightedge on my beard. She went whisker by whisker, it felt like. What attention to detail! She went the extra mile and her mastery and passion is not rarely found in salons or barbershop. If you are looking for a new place to call your barbershop, give CrossFaded a try and ask for Maybo or Kristi. You'll be glad you did.

For both my short and long hair cuts, I’ve trusted Maybo since her first shop off of Mission Gorge. Although sharp, not once has she cut or burned me with her liners, and I’ve never had any adverse effects from her tools. Nothing but good things to say about Maybo and her talents. Proudly Black & Filipino 🇵🇭, she understands a multitude of hair types, and I’ve seen nothing but clean cuts & styles for clients of all ages and types/ethnicities. I always walk out of the shop feeling like a new person.

I’ve been going to maybo brown for about 10 years now, never have I been let down or disappointed! Constantly CRISPY CUTS! The shop has amazing energy and a very welcoming atmosphere, every barber at crossfaded is top tier! I’ve recommended multiple people over the years and everyone of them left extremely happy and feeling their best! As long as live in San Diego I’ll never be going to another barber or barber shop!
