We had the pleasure of having Steve as our realtor when we recently purchased a property. He was recommended by our daughter, who had used him when she bought her home. We could not have been happier with that decision. Steve was there for us and made the purchase much easier than I realized. He always had our backs so we felt comfortable that Steve was making sure that everything was being done correctly! I have heard friends have had some questionable agents! Not us and Steve. Anyway I will make sure that if I hear of any friends buying or selling their house or property, I will suggest that they save time and worry and use Steve as their realtor.
