Love love love Club Pilates! All the instructors are amazing and have their own style. Stacy Carlock - I cannot say enough good things about her. She is the reason I signed up and one of my most favorite instructors. She is fun, a ray of sunshine and just as important she knows how to teach. She gives excellent instruction for correct form. I feel like she truly cares. Another fav is Rhonda, super funny and her classes kick my butt. Actually both Stacy and Rhonda's bar classes I really feel the next day! I have nothing but good things to say about the trainers here at Club Pilates La Mesa. They ask in the beginning of each class you if their are any physical issues / limitations you maybe dealing with, so they can suggest some changes to the way can still work the areas they are focused on with each movement. Jessica Smith, Madison, Rhonda Kirwan, Stacy Evans, & Tracy Ford keep me motivated to challenge myself with each class I take. The Class is clean and well ventilated. Alexa the front desk admin is always kind, helpful and courteous. She gives you an inviting and comfortable feeling when she greets you as you enter that's a bonus. At 50 years old, i joined Club Pilates after having surgery on my ankle. I needed to regain my strength and my balance. Stacy Carlock quicky became one of my favorite instructors! i have to admit, I was worried about hurting my knee or my neck when doing some of the exercises, but she took the time to be sure I was focusing on using the correct muscles. She modifies moves when needed so we can feel successful. She has great energy and she's always encouraging! Stacy is a fantastic teacher!
